The Mushroom Story

We started growing mushrooms because we wanted more variety in our winter diet. Here we try to eat locally and in season, which means around February you are sick of potatoes, carrots and greens and want something new to eat.

Enter mushrooms. Interesting and DELICOUS, Fungi filled our needs and more. We liked them so much, we decided to start growing them for other people.
